Thanksgiving is America's preeminent day. It is celebrated every year on the fourth Thursday in the month of November. It has a very interesting history. Its origin can be traced back to the 16th century when the first thanksgiving dinner is said to have taken place. We are super excited at East Meadow Apartments about the Holiday Season! It is important to us that things go smoothly for each and everyone of our residents. With this in mind, please be certain to check the major appliances in your home, paying particular attention to the range and oven. This will make certain that you are well prepared for entertaining as maintenace will be only available for emergencies on the following dates: Nov 26-27, Dec 24-25, Dec 31-Jan 1 Happy Holidays!

We want to thank everyone for their contributions to our food drive. With your help, Home Properties collected and donated approximately 8,000 pounds of food and hygiene items! Your generosity was fantastic and sincerely appreciated. The food banks we partnered with were incredibly grateful for your willingness to give and assist those who are less fortunate.
