Clubhouse
Description:
The facilities are for the use and convenience of the residents and their invited guests. There is a full working kitchen, two restrooms (men and women), a coat closet, and two rooms for use.
In order to reserve the clubroom for a private function, please call the leasing office to verify availability. Resident must sign a clubroom rental agreement and pay $150 holding deposit at the time of reservation. A separate non-refundable rental fee of $150 will be due on or before the day of the reservation. Should there be no damage to the clubroom after the rental, the $150 holding deposit will be returned.
The maximum number of guests allowed is 40. No alcohol is permitted, unless there is a hired, licensed bartender present. The clubroom can be rented for any time frame, 365 days a year.

Fitness Center
Hours:
Open 24 hours.
Description:
The fitness center is located in the pool house behind the Leasing Center. The fitness center has two treadmills, one Precor machine, one stand-up bike, and one multi-max weight machine.
Residents are issued one fitness center key at move in. Should you need a replacement key, your rental account will be charged an additional $15 per key.
Rules and Regulations
1. The fitness center is to be used at your own risk.
2. An adult resident must accompany individuals under the age of 18.
3. Be certain that your Recreational Activities Waiver is signed and current.
4. Rubber-soled shoes and shirts must be worn at all times in exercise areas.
5. “Horseplay,” fighting, dangerous conduct, and any other activity disrupting another resident are not permitted.
6. Please be considerate of others and wipe down all machines when you are finished.
7. Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time. Closed plastic beverage containers are permitted.
8. Smoking is prohibited.
9. Secure all of your personal belongings. Home Properties is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
10. Please report all equipment malfunctions to the Property Manager.
11. Become familiar with the equipment before use.
12. It is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before starting an exercise program.
13. If you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, strained, or uncomfortable, stop immediately.

Package Receipt
Description:
It is our pleasure to accept your packages from USPS, UPS, or overnight express services, under the following conditions:
1) Packages will only be kept in the Leasing Office for 72 hours, unless you have received an extension approval from the Leasing Office.
2) We are not responsible for C.O.D. deliveries or perishable items.
3) Our staff may ask for identification before releasing packages.

Playground
Description:
Rules and Regulations
1. Be careful. Use playground at your own risk.
2. No glass containers.
3. No alcoholic beverages.
4. No profanity, rough playing, or yelling permitted.
5. Please use equipment properly. No climbing on outside of equipment.
6. No throwing of objects.
7. No loitering or trespassing allowed.

Swimming Pool
Hours:
Until Fairfax County schools are closed for the summer (mid-June), the pool will be open on Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and weekends from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Once Fairfax County schools have closed, the pool will be open everyday from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Description:
Swimming pool will be open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
There is one lifeguard on duty.
All residents must have a pool pass and present this pass to the lifeguard in order to use the pool facilities. One pass per approved lease holder will be issued. Residents can have up to two guests. If you do not have your pass with you upon entering the pool, you will be asked to leave. Should you lose your pool pass, a new one will be issued to you for a fee of $25. No more than two replacement passes will be issued during the pool season.
Residents will be sent notice when the new pool season passes will be issued. In order to obtain a pool pass, resident must come to the leasing office, read, and sign the swimming pool regulations and guidelines.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Rules and Regulations
1. The pool staff will be responsible for the strict enforcement of all rules and regulations and are authorized to temporarily deny residents or guests use.
2. No dunking, running, throwing foreign objects, rough play, foul language or other actions that staff deems inappropriate will be permitted in the pool area.
3. Spitting, spouting, blowing noses, etc. is prohibited in the pool.
4. Standard swimming attire is required. No cut-offs, bike shorts, or work-out clothing are permitted.
5. Swimmers must shower prior to entering the pool.
6. Playing or swinging on fences is prohibited. The hanging of towels or other clothing on fences is also prohibited.
7. Children who are not toilet trained must wear watertight plastic pants over diaper.
8. All eating will be restricted to designated picnic areas.
9. The use of flotation devices is not permitted unless approved by the lifeguard.
10. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
11. Management will not assume responsibility for loss of personal items in the pool area.
12. Management reserves the right to temporarily or permanently revoke residents use of the pool facilities.
